COVID-19 is a disease caused by a new strain of coronavirus.
'CO' stands for corona, 'VI' for virus, and 'D' for disease.

On January 30, 2020, The EC reached consensus and advised the Director-General that
The outbreak constituted a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC).
The Director-General accepted the recommendation and
declared the novel coronavirus outbreak (2019-nCoV) a PHEIC

COVID-19 is primarily transmitted from symptomatic people to others
who are in close contact through respiratory droplets, by direct contact with infected persons,
or by contact with contaminated objects and surfaces.

To stop the spread of Covid-19,
Stay at least 6 feet from the infected person.
Do not gather in groups.

So in the ICU in the hospitals, even the family members are not allowed
